Privacy & account data

Listening works without an account. Account & sync can save your library and shared preferences across devices. Export / Import transfers a backup; Reset lets you choose what to clear.

What sync saves

Your library, saved EQ profiles and interface preferences are stored with your Voltura account. Playback, volume, active EQ, audio quality, alarms and timers stay on each device.

Login identifiers and session cookies are used only for account access. Listening statistics remain separate. Email codes are sent through one.com. Backups contain no login credentials.

Sign-in abuse prevention temporarily uses IP addresses. Expired security records are cleared on the next sign-in request; they are never linked to listening statistics.

Delete Voltura account

Account data stays until you delete your Voltura account in Account & sync. Signing out keeps this browser’s local copy. Contact music@voltura.se for privacy questions.

Sign-out keeps a local copy and stops sync. Linking requires signing in with the other method; matching email addresses alone never combines accounts.

Station logos

Included station logos are served by Voltura Music. A custom station logo URL is loaded directly from its image host without a referrer. That host receives your IP address and normal browser connection information. Custom logo URLs are stored with custom channels and included in backups and account sync.
